Put on your trail running shoes and prepare to have fun at the higher elevation
and on the rugged and rolling trails of upper White Ranch open space.![]() The 10K race is a clockwise loop of the Rawhide, Waterhole, Maverick and Sawmill trails. You will be sure to enjoy the hills, especially the downhill sections! Aid stations will supply water to thirsty runners and trails will be clearly marked. Prizes have been generously provided by Ultimate Direction and Road Runner Sports as well as our usual race sponsors. Ultimate Direction will also be selling their hydration systems prior to the race, this will include the Fastdraw 10 oz and the Fastdraw Plus 20oz. Price is 5.00 for the 10 oz and 7.00 for the 20oz. Directions: The race will start from the parking lot at the intersection of the Rawhide and Sawmill trails From Highway 93, head west on Golden Gate Canyon Road (intersection is approx 16 miles south of Boulder, 1 mile north of Golden) for 4.1 miles. Turn right on to Crawford Gulch Road (Highway 57) and head north for approximately 4 miles. Turn right to White Ranch Park. Runners should park their vehicles in the second parking lot.
