Sand Creek 5-M

Due to several trail closures the Sand Creek 5 mile course will be changed
for 2015. 5 Mile-The race will start with one 1.5 mile loop around Bluff Lake followed by a 2 mile out and back on the Sand Creek trail. One more 1.5 mile loop around the lake will complete the course. 3 Mile-For walkers the course will be two 1.5 mile loops around the lake. Course surface is 99% non-technical crushed gravel and dirt. All runners and walkers will enjoy 2 trips up the 1/5 mile hill. *A preview of the course will happen Sunday November 29th at 10:00 am. |

Directions: The exit from Havana at I-70 has been closed at times due to construction. To be safe exit the Central Park exit and go south on Central Park Blvd. to Martin Luther King Blvd. Go left/east on MLK to where it junctions with Havana St. Use Google Map and Bluff Lake Nature Center to get you there.
