This fast out-and-back course is a smooth dirt and gravel path. The race starts and finishes at the Denver Audubon Kingery Nature Center (formerly Discovery Pavillion) parking lot. The route heads north on the dirt road that parallels Wadsworth. The 5K turnaround is near the north end of the gravel pond. The 10k run is just north of the stables.
